蚌埠市龙子湖区女性乳腺钼靶检查结果分析

目的: 了解蚌埠市龙子湖区女性乳腺患病情况, 分析致病高危因素, 以期探讨科学合理的乳腺疾病预防措施。方法: 对蚌埠市龙子湖区妇女宣传乳腺健康预防知识, 将自愿参加研究的1 288名妇女进行流行病学调查, 并结合乳腺钼靶检查及病理结果进行统计归纳分析。结果: 发现患乳腺疾病834人, 患病率64.75%, 其中乳腺增生症676例, 乳腺良性肿瘤144例, 乳腺癌3例, 其他乳腺疾病11例。31～40岁和41～50岁调查对象的乳腺疾病患病率均高于21～30岁、51～60岁以及大于61岁者(P<0.05)。结论: 蚌埠市龙子湖区女性乳腺疾病患病率较高, 应定期防癌检查, 采取有效措施加强乳腺疾病的二级预防。

The analysis of women mammography in Longzihu district of Bengbu city

Objective:To understand the prevalence of the mammary gland disease in Longzihu district of Bengbu, analyze its risk factors for exploring the reasonable and scientific prevention measure. Methods:The health prevention knowledge about breast was propagated in Longzihu district women of Bengbu. The epidemiologic investigation was executed in 1 288 voluntary women,the results of which combined with mammography and pathology examination were summarized and analyzed. Results:Eight thousand and thirty-four breast disease patients were found,the morbidity of which was 64. 75%. The patients included breast hyperplasia in 676 cases,benign breast tumor in 144 cases,breast cancer in 3 cases and other breast diseases in 11 cases. The prevalence rates of breast disease in 31 to 40 years old and 41 to 50 years old women were higher than that in 21 to 30 years old and more 51 years old women(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The morbidity of female breast disease in Longzihu district of Bengbu is high. The regular breast test and taking effective measures to strengthen the secondary prevention of breast disease should be implemented.
