| 摘 要： | 目的观察大黄赤芍汤治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法54例重型肝炎患者,随机分成治疗组及对照组。对照组给予常规西药综合治疗;治疗组在常规西药综合治疗的基础上,给予中药大黄赤芍汤煎剂灌肠2次/d,疗程4周。治疗4周后比较两组患者肝功能,凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶原活动度(PTA)和病死率。结果治疗组的肝功能得到改善,PT降低,PTA升高(P<0.01),病死率降低(P<0.05)。结论大黄赤芍汤灌肠可改善重型肝炎患者的肝功能生化指标,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dahuang chishao decoction in the treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods Fifty-four patients with severe hepatitis B were divided at random into treatment group and control group.The control group were treated with normal synthetic western medicine,and the treatment group were treated wirh clysis with dahuang chishao decoction twice per day for 4 weeks on the base of western medicine.Liver function,PT,PTA and fatality rate were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks.Results For the treatment group,their liver function were improved,PT decreased,PTA increased,and fatality rate decreased.Conclusion Dahuang chishao decoction can improve liver function and decrease fatality rate of patients with severe hepatitis. |
