线穗植入法治疗鼻泪管阻塞

目的 探讨线穗植入法治疗单纯性鼻泪管阻塞的效果。方法 对36例（38眼）进行线穗植入治疗单纯性鼻泪管阻塞。用0号手术丝线重复对折，捻成绳并捆扎成穗状，线穗长约25mm，直径分别为1mm、2mm及3mm。在线穗的两端分别用3-0缝线对折做固定引线，以自制的泪道探针将线穗植入鼻泪管，留置30～40天。结果 36例（38眼）中，治愈31例（31眼），治愈率达81．58％。结论 线穗植入法治疗单纯性鼻泪管阻塞是一种简便、有效的方法，治愈率高。对伴有鼻腔泪囊吻合术禁忌症或手术、激光失败者，采用此方法也可获治愈。

Implantation of suture rope for treatment of obstruction of dacryocystorhinostenosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of implantation of suture rope for treatment of obstruction of dacryocystorhinostenosis.?Methods 36 cases(38 eyes) of obstruction of dacryocystorhinostenosis were treated with this method,the method was:make a suture rope with 1-0 surgical suture,its length was 25 mm and diameter were 1.0 mm and 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm respectively.Using probe to implant the suture rope into the dacryocystorhinostenosis,and the suture rope will reserved for 30-40 days.?Results 31 eyes(81.58%) had been cured.?Conclusions The implantation of suture rope for treatment of obstruction of dacryocystorhinostenosis is safe,simple and convenient,it has a good clinical effect.It also may be used to treat chronic dacryocystitis failed to dacryocystorh-inotomy of with its contraindication or laser.
