| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纳米穴位敷贴消除乳房胀痛促进乳汁分泌的护理效果。方法将200例产后乳房胀痛、乳汁分泌不足的产妇随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上，应用纳米穴位敷贴对乳房穴位进行敷贴。结果研究组产妇乳房胀痛和乳汁分泌情况均好于对照组。结论纳米穴位敷贴能够消除乳房胀痛，促进乳汁分泌，提高纯母乳喂养的成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of nanometer acupoint application to eliminate breast pain and promote milk secretion. Methods 200 cases of postpartum breast pain and milk secretion insufficient were divided into research group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing, the research group was given nanometer acupoint application, in addition to conventional nursing. Results The breast pain and milk secretion in the research group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion Nanometer acupoint application can eliminate breast pain, promote milk secretion and improve the success rate of breast-feeding. |
