| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨双侧额颞部对冲伤手术方式。方法 我院 1996年 6月 -2 0 0 3年 6月采用改进的术式行双侧开颅减压手术治疗 3 2例严重双侧额颞部对冲伤的患者。结果 经改进的术式治疗 3 2例 ,存活 2 1例 ( 65 .6%) ,其中良好 (Ⅴ ) 7例 ( 3 3 .3 %) ,轻残 (Ⅳ ) 8例 ( 3 8.1%) ,重残或植物生存者 (Ⅲ Ⅱ ) 6例 ( 2 8.6%) ,死亡 (Ⅰ ) 11例 ( 3 4.4%)。结论 改进的手术方法可明显提高疗效

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a modifying operative method for severe bilateral frontotemporal brain contusion caused by craniocelebral injury hited location in occiputoparietal.Methods 32 patients treateded by a modifying operative method of bilateral frontotemporal craniotomy decompress at the same time were analysed retrospectively.Results Survivorship 21,livability 65.6%.good 7,excellent rate 33.3%.slight deformity 8,severe deformity 6.dead 11,mortality 34.4%.Conclusions This modified operative method is a better way that can increase efficiency of operative treatment for frontotemporal brain contusion. |
