摘    要:目的:观察84、山花消毒液对Ti-6Al-4V合金表面的腐蚀。方法:将Ti-6Al-4V合金试件分别浸泡在山花、84消毒液中保持15、30、60min。对照组置于蒸馏水中,取出清洗,扫描电镜观察并行能谱分析。结果:Ti-6Al-4V合金浸泡在山花、84消毒液中15、30min,扫描电镜观察无点蚀,浸泡60min表面出现明显点蚀坑。对点蚀部位进行能谱分析发现主要元素为铝、磷、硫、钛。结论:用山花、8

Abstract:Objective:To observe pitting corrosion of Ti 6Al 4V alloy in 84 or Shanhua disinfectant.Methods:Samples of Ti 6Al 4V alloy were put into 84 or shanhua disinfectant and kept for 15 min,30 min and 60 min respectively.Control samples were kept in distillation water.Pitting corrosion was studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDAX).Results:Observed by SEM pitting corrosion of Ti 6Al 4V alloy was found after the alloy samples had been treated in 84 or Shanhua disinfectant for 60 min,no pitting corrosion was found in 15 min and 30 min treatment groups.In Ti 6Al 4V pitting corrosion area,Sulphur, Phosphorus,Aluminium and Titanium elements were found by EDAX analyzed.Conclusion:84 or Shanhua disinfectant may result in pitting corrosion of Ti 6Al 4V and affect the properties of the material.
