纤维连接蛋白在慢性病毒性肝病中的变化及其意义

目的　探讨纤维连接蛋白 (FN)与肝纤维化程度及慢性肝病预后的关系。方法　采用免疫比浊法检测10 0例各种慢性肝病患者血清FN水平 ,并与其他肝纤维化及肝功能指标进行比较。结果　治疗前后慢性肝炎轻度、重型肝炎、代偿性和失代偿性肝硬化间血清FN水平均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘连素、Ⅳ型胶原呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与血清总胆红素、凝血酶原时间呈显著负相关 (P <0 .0 0 1和P <0 0 5 )。结论　血清FN较其他各项指标更能准确反映早期肝纤维化程度 ,并对慢性肝病预后具有一定临床参考价值

Variation of fibronectin and its significance in chronic virus hepatitis

Objective It is to study the relationship between fibronectin (Fn) and liver fibrosis and its effect on the prognosis of chronic hepatitis. Methods Fn in 100 patients with various types of chronic hepatitis were determined with immunoturbidimetry and compared with other indexes of liver fibrosis and liver function. Results There were significant differences in the levels of serum Fn mild and serious hepatitis before and after treatment and also during the compensation and decompensation of liver cirrhosis ( P <0.05). Serum Fn level had marked negative relationship with HA, PCⅢ LN, Ⅳ C ( P <0 01) and SB, PT ( P <0.001, P <0.05).Conclusion Serum Fn can more accurately reflect liver fibrosis in early stage and have some value for clinical reference for prognosis of chronic hepatitis.
