| 摘 要： | 血清单项低水平抗-HBs阳性者,仅有15%的人对接种乙肝疫苗后出现了回忆反应。其余大部份人,抗-HBs持续时间及接种疫苗后的免疫反应与HBV标志全阴性组相比无显著差别;从低水平安慰剂组出现乙肝感染情况来看,可能仍是易感者。在制定接种乙肝疫苗方案时,应对这部份人足够重视。

| Abstract: | The anamnestic response indicating past HBV infection was observed inonly 15 percent of subjects with isolated low levels anti-HBs when theywere vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine. Most of the others may be regardedas susceptible persons on the basis that persistent length of anti-HBs andimmunologic response in these subjects with isolated low levels anti-HBsafter vaccination were not different from those of HBV seronegative group,and more over, HBV infection appeared in placebo group with isolated lowlevels anti-HBs. Therefore much attention must be payed to these subjectsin working out the scheme of hepatitis B vaccineation. |
