| 摘 要： | 本研究用原子吸收分光光度法测定了食管癌高发区食管上皮细胞正常、轻度增生、重度增生人群及食管癌患者血清中的铜、锌及锰的含量。结果表明,随着食管上皮细胞病变的进展,血铜明显升高、血锌逐渐下降,统计学处理有非常显著差异。血清锰含量在各组间未见明显变化。结果提示食管癌患者的高血铜可能系肿瘤发生后的继发性改变,而低血锌则可能是食管癌发生的原因之一。

| Abstract: | The copper, zinc and manganese levels in serum were determined byatomic absorption spectrophotometric assay among normal population,patients with mild and severe hyperplasia of esophageal epithelium andpatients with esophagus cancer (Eca) in esophagus cancer high-risk area.The results showed that the serum copper level increased and the serumzinc level decreased with the development of lesions of esophageal epithe-lium. The serum zinc level was significantly lower in patients with Ecathan those in normal population and patients with esophageal hyperplasia.The serum copper level was significantly higher in patients with Eca thanthose in normal population and patients with epitheleal hyperplasia. Therewas no statistically difference in serum manganese level among variousgroups. The resultssuggests that low serum zinc might be one of the causesof Eca and high serum copper level might be the secondary result of Eca. |
