| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在检测慢性髓系白血病(CML)患者XIAP基因mRNA的表达情况,以探讨其在CML病情进展及预后中的意义。应用染色体R显带技术及实时PCR技术对71例CML患者和10名健康者进行染色体核型分析及XIAP mRNA检测。结果表明,XIAP mRNA在CML的加速期和急变期的平均表达水平明显高于慢性期(p<0.01)。XIAP基因在不同核型组的平均表达水平无显著性差异。结论:CML患者加速期和急变期XIAP基因表达明显增高,XIAP基因与CML的病情进展密切相关。
