手术室护士使用快速手消毒剂手部卫生分析

目的 探讨手术室护士更衣前及操作后手部涂快速手消毒剂的效果.方法 随机抽取进入更衣室的手术室护士30名,将涂快速手消毒剂(商品名:洁肤柔)之前和之后的手采样送检验科细菌室,48 h后进行细菌计数.再随机抽取28名巡回护士在一台手术结束并整理完手术间后,将涂快速手消毒剂之前和之后的手采样送检验科细菌室,48 h后进行细菌计数,对涂快速手消毒剂前后的手卫生不合格率进行比较.结果 手术室护士进入更衣室更衣前涂消毒剂较未涂消毒剂的手卫生不合格率显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);巡回护士巡回一台手术后在涂消毒剂后较涂消毒剂前手卫生不合格率无明显差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 使用快速手消毒剂是一种基本、简便易行的有效预防和控制病原体传播的手段,对控制手术室院内感染具有重要意义.

Analysis on effectiveness of Hand Sanitizer in operation room
