| 摘 要： | 有效的护患沟通可以取得患者的信任和理解,增强护士与患者之间的亲和力,提高病人对护理服务满意度,避免护患之间潜在的冲突.本文总结了护患沟通的方法与技巧,强调了护理人员灵活运用语言和非语言沟通方法和技巧是实现良好的护患沟通的必要条件.

| Abstract: | Effective communication between nurses and patients can obtain trust and understanding of patients and enhance the affinity between them.In addition,it also can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing care and avoid the potential conflicts between nurses and patients.This article summarizes the methods and techniques of nurse-patient communication,Flexible use of nursing language and nonverbal communication skills are necessary conditions to achieve good communication between nurses and patients. |
