| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨64排螺旋CT对于急性阑尾炎的诊断及临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析40例经手术和病理证实的急性阑尾炎的CT表现特点.结果 CT表现包括直接征象和间接征象.直接征象包括阑尾增粗增大,间接征象包括阑尾周围炎和阑尾盲肠周围脓肿,周围软组织肿胀积气、腹腔积气.结论 急性阑尾炎的CT征象对于提高诊断和鉴别诊断有很大帮助...

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the value of multislice CT in diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods Analyze the CT signs of 40 patients with acute appendicitis which were approved by surgery and pathology.Results CT appearances included direct signs and indirect signs.Direct signs included swollen appendix and the thick wall.Indirect signs included perityphilitis,periappendicular abscess and aeroperitoneum.Conculusion CT signs of acute appendicitis are helpful to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. |
