| 摘 要： | 目的了解阿克苏地区拜城县和乌什县哺乳妇女和婴幼儿碘营养现状。方法采用多阶段整群抽样法抽取新疆阿克苏地区拜城县和乌什县的251名哺乳期妇女和216名2岁以下婴幼儿,采用过硫酸胺消化-砷铈催化分光光度测定法检测所采集的1次随意尿碘含量;食用盐碘含量采用直接滴定法测定。结果共检测哺乳期妇女尿样251份,婴幼儿尿样216份。2县哺乳期妇女平均尿碘中位数为245.88μg/L,<150μg/L的占23.35%,婴幼儿平均尿碘中位数为195.58μg/L,<150μg/L的占35.1%;拜城县和乌什县哺乳妇女尿碘中位数分别为256.60μg/L和229.86μg/L,婴幼儿尿碘中位数分别为205.47μg/L和167.86μg/L;2县哺乳期妇女和婴幼儿的盐碘值中位数为34.46 mg/kg,盐碘含量均达到国家推荐标准(20~50 mg/kg)。结论该地区部分哺乳妇女和婴幼儿处于碘缺乏状态。建议应因地制宜适时采取有效的、有针对性的补碘措施,以防止因碘缺乏而造成下一代智力发育障碍的发生。 |
