| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者中西医结合治疗前后P300的变化.方法:对30例HLD患者采用中西医结合治疗,治疗前后行P300检测,并与健康对照组进行比较.结果:与健康对照组比较,HLD患者治疗前P300潜伏期(PL)延长(P＜0.01),波幅(Amp)降低(P＜0.01);治疗后P300 PL明显缩短(P＜0.05),但Amp变化无统计学意义.结论:中西医结合疗法对HLD患者认知功能障碍具有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the change of P300 in hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD) patients with treatment combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: P300 of 30 HLD patients was analysed before and after one-month treatment by the HLD-Relief decoction supplemented with copper-clearing drug,and the result was compared with that of 30 patients in normal control group.Results:Compared with that of normal control group,the P300 latency was prolonged(P<0.01)and the P300 amplitude was lower(P<0.01)in HLD patients;after treatment,the P300 latency was shortened(P<0.05),but alteration of the P300 amplitude was not significantly different.Conclusion: Treatment combining traditional Chinese and western medicine produces a marked effect on cognitive dysfunction in HLD patients. |
