中医伏邪疾病的干预措施

针对伏邪疾病提出干预,提出针对伏邪、正气以及环境进行干预以及及早进行干预的原则,并且得出结论,认为中医伏邪在前证期或者潜证期的及时干预原则与中医的“治未病”思想相一致。伏邪在一定的条件下,邪正暂时保持相对平衡而不出现症状,或者仅有轻微的不适,一旦人体正气减弱,或有其他条件如再次外感、情志刺激等,邪气随之鸱张,引起疾病发作。这就给了“未病”状态较好的解释。

Preventing Measures for Diseases due to Potential Pathogenic Factors

The prevention measures have been put forward to for the potential pathogenic factors and prevention principles have been established considering potential pathogenic factors and healthy qi.Consequentially,a rational conclusion followed that the prevention principles during the stage of potential syndrome stage and previous syndrome stage might be similar to that of "prevention" theory in TCM.Under certain condition,no symptoms appear for the balance struggle between potential pathogenic factors and health qi,or slight symptoms indicating the existence and invasion of pathogenic factors.Only if the healthy qi declines or pathogenic factors increase due to invasion of other factors,abnormal emotional changes and so on will lead to the occurrence of diseases,which explains the state of "potential disease" well.
