| 摘 要： | 从医疗服务现状出发分析医患利益关系，它是医患关系的核心问题，主要集中在费用、风险、关怀等三个问题上。为了最大限度解决这些问题，医患双方遵守道德要求必不可少，表现为守法、守信、知情、沟通，这样才可以化解医疗纠纷，避免对抗性的冲突，使双方利益最大化，建设满意的医患合作关系。

It is essential for the setting questions that the both observe morality. It behaves law, credit, awareness, communication to reduce medical dissension, and avoid conflict for both avail to big and for happy cooperation relationship. |
