白血病患儿并发侵袭性真菌感染的临床研究

目的：分析白血病患儿并侵袭性真菌感染的真菌分类、临床特点及诊治措施。方法：回顾性分析2008-01～2010-01本院治疗的白血病并侵袭性真菌感染患儿17例的临床资料。结果：单纯静脉滴注氟康唑2例,死亡2例;单纯静脉滴注两性霉素B4例,死亡2例;单纯伊曲康唑治疗6例,死亡1例;伊曲康唑联合用药4例,死亡1例;脂质体两性霉素B治疗1例,好转。结论：真菌分类以念珠菌及曲霉菌最常见,及时的经验性治疗可减少患儿死亡率,伊曲康唑治疗效果较为明显。

Clinical Study of With Leukemia and Inasie Fungal Infection

Objective：To analyze the invasive fungal infection in children with leukemia and fungal classification,clinical features and treatment measures;Methods：A retrospective analysis from January 2008 to January 2010 the treatment of leukemia in our hospital and 17 cases of invasive fungal infection in children clinical data.Results：intravenous fluconazole alone in 2 cases,2 deaths;simple intravenous amphotericin B treatment of 4 cases,2 deaths;pure itraconazole treatment of 6 cases,1 died,traconazole combination therapy in 4 cases,1 death;liposome amphotericin B treatment in 1 case,improved.Conclusions：Fungi with Candida and Aspergillus the most common,empirical treatment can reduce the time children mortality,Itraconazole treatment are obvious.
