学校因病缺课监测系统传染病疫情发现效果评价

目的评价学校因病缺课监测系统在学校传染病疫情发现工作中的效果，为进一步完善学校传染病疫情早期预警工作提供科学依据。方法通过学校因病缺课监测信息与国家疾病监测信息报告系统传染病报告信息进行核对，确定监测哨点学生传染病发病情况及传染病患者缺课登记情况，同时对2个系统报告传染病患者的及时性进行比较。结果因病缺课监测系统传染病患者登记的比例为60．8％；未登记者中有74．2％的患者是由于节假日或休息时间就诊而未缺课，有28．8％缺课而未被记录。传染病患者缺课记录日期比医院网报日期平均早1．1d。结论单纯的因病缺课监测并不能发现学校所有的传染病患者，应建立因病缺课和晨午检相结合的日报告监测系统，并与国家疾病监测信息报告系统互为补充。
