| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨1－6岁就诊患儿生殖器疾病与包皮过长和包茎之间的关系。方法：将在门诊就诊的1862名患儿分为1－3岁和4－6岁两组进行检查治疗和愈后评估。结果：所患生殖器疾病均与包皮过长，包茎有关。随着年龄的增长，所患疾病呈下降趋势，结论：包皮过长和包茎是小儿常见的先天性异常之一，所引起的生殖器疾病应引起广泛重视。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the external genital disease of the padiatric in aged1-6.Methods:All patients were clinic and divided them into tow groups.According to the diagnostic criteria in textbook surgery,all examination and treatments were carried out by urologists.Results:The padiatric patients with genital disease were relating to the prepuce and phimosis.Conclusions:Redundant prepuce and phimosis are common disease.Prevention and treatment of padiatric genital disease is a very important date. |
