金纳多对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞凋亡的保护作用

摘    要:目的 探讨金纳多对糖尿病大鼠视网膜神经细胞凋亡的保护作用及其可能机制.方法 将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、糖尿病未治疗组、糖尿病金纳多治疗组,四氧嘧啶制作糖尿病大鼠模型.10周后处死大鼠,并用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)标记大鼠视网膜凋亡细胞,光镜观察,取血测红细胞醛糖还原酶(AR)活性.结果 与正常组相比,糖尿病未治疗组红细胞AR活性及视网膜神经细胞凋亡数量均显著升高(P<0.01);金纳多干预组与糖尿病未治疗组相比这些改变明显减轻(P<0.01).结论 金纳多对大鼠早期糖尿病视网膜病变具有防治作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the protective effect and possible mechanism of ginaton biloba extract on apoptosis of ratinal nerve cells.Methods Rats were randomly divided into normal control group,diabetic control group,diabetic group treated with ginaton biloba extract.Diabetic rats were induced by tetraoxypyrimidine.All rats were killed after 10 weeks.The ratinal nerve cells were stained by the method of TUNNEL.The erythrocyte aldose reductase(AR)were determined by fluorometric determination.Results The AR activity and the apoptotic cells were significantly higher in diabetic control group than that in normal control group(P<0.01),ginaton biloba extract could reduce these changes significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Ginaton biloba extract may restrain diabetic rats retinopathy at early stage.
