肝细胞生长因子与糖尿病肾病关系的探讨

目的 探讨肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)与糖尿病肾病发生和发展的关系.方法 SD大鼠用链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病模型,在出现糖尿病后的第24周,采血测定血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血尿素氮(BUN)及HGF水平.处死前留取24h尿液测定尿总蛋白.采血后用0.9%生理盐水灌洗肾脏后,剪碎并置于2.5%戊二醛固定液中固定后,在电镜下观察肾脏病变.结果 与正常对照组相比较,糖尿病组血糖和HbA1c水平显著升高,糖尿病肾病组血尿素氮、血糖、HbA1c及24h尿蛋白水平均明显升高,血清HGF水平下降(P＜0.05).糖尿病肾病组HGF与血尿素氮呈负相关,与HbA1c正相关(P＜0.05).结论 HGF与糖尿病肾病的发生、发展有关.

Relationship between hepatocyte growth factor and diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatocyte growth factor and diabetes nephropathy.Methods Diabetes was induced in male SD rats with STZ administration. The blood level of glucose, HbA1 c, BUN, and HGF were measured at the 24th week after STZ administration. 24-hour urine were collected to determine 24-hour urine protein at the end of the study. Histopathological features were examined by electron microscopy. Results The blood levels of glucose and HbAlc were higher in diabetes and diabetic nephropathy group compared with that in normal control group. There were higher levels of BUN and 24-hour urine protein in diabetic nephropathy group. The level of serum HGF was declined in diabetic nephropathy group. There was a significantly negative correlation between HGF and BUN, and positive correlation with HbAlc in diabetic nephropathy group. Conclusion HGF is correlated with diabetic nephropathy.
