| 摘 要： | 目的 调查黑龙江省报业集团职业人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病率.方法 采用现况研究方法对黑龙江省报业集团1 441名职工进行调查,代谢综合征(MS)的定义标准是采用中华医学会糖尿病学分会MS的工作定义(简称CDS标准).结果 MS患病率为11.73%,其中男性为15.47%;女性为6.40%,男性明显高于女性(P＜0.001),并且MS患病率随年龄的增长而增加.结论 本研究对黑龙江省报业集团人群的MS进行筛查,明确了防治对象,对于MS患病人群,应及时进行健康教育并采取有效干预措施降低该人群的患病率.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome(MS) of the workers in Heilongjiang news group.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among the 1 441 subjects.The Chinese Diabetes Society(CDS) criterion of MS was applied.Results The prevalence rate of MS was 11.73%(15.47% in males,6.40% in females,P<0.001),and it was increased with age.Conclusion The people suffering from MS were screened from the workers of the Heilongjiang news group.The results suggested that they need health education and effective intervention measures to decrease the prevalence. |
