摘    要:通过对大量文献的调研 ,总结了花生四稀酸代谢的主要途径 ,以及代谢产物与炎症发生和发展的关系。综述了新结构类型抗炎镇痛药或化合物的主要特点。介绍了环氧化酶公知的两种亚型COX 1与COX 2。指出了COX 2是非甾体抗炎药物治疗作用的靶酶。预见了COX 2抑制剂 ,CO/ 5 LO双重抑制剂 ,特异性 5 LO抑制剂应是未来抗炎药研究的重点方向

Abstract:The main metabolism pathways of arachidonic acid catabolism and the corelation between metabolic products and inflammation were concluded based on a large amount of literature. The main characters of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in new types were reviewed. The subtypes of cycloxygenase (COX 1 and COX 2) were introduced. It was indicated that COX 2 was the target enzyme of inflammation. It is forecasted that COX 2 inhibitors and CO/5 LO dual inhibitors and special 5 LO inhibitors will be important domains of NSAIDs.
