小鼠CCl4急性肝损伤体内氨基酸水平的改变

摘    要:本实验用0.16ml/20gCCl4注射小鼠腹腔导致急性肝损伤,观察48h时血浆及肝组织内的氨基酸水平,发现血浆中所测17种氨基酸除BCAA不变,Arg明显下降,其余氨基酸均有明显的升高,BCAA/AAA比值明显降低,而肝组织内BCAA明显升高,AAA只轻度升高,BCAA/AAA比值只轻度降低。揭示了CCl4急性肝损伤的血浆氨基酸及肝组织的氨基酸的变化模式。

Abstract:The level of amino acids in the plasma and the liver of mice had been observed and determined for 48 hours following the injection of 0.16ml/20g CCl4, which led to acute liver damage in them. It was found that, in severteen kinds of amino acids in the plasma under this assay, there was no change in the level of BCAA, an obvious decrease in that of Arg, but a remarkable increase in that of the rest. As a result, the BCAA/AAA ratio in the plasma decreased greatly, On the other hand, there was an obvious increase in the leve of BCAA of the liver, a slight increase in that of AAA.Therefore, the BCAA/AAA ratio in the liver decreased slightly. These findings revealed the alteration model of amino acid in the plasma as well as in the liver damaged acutely by CCl4.
