| 摘 要： | 2004年首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院SARS防控经验表明，领导高度重视，及时启动应急预案，加强发热门诊和发热筛查门诊工作，实行SARS密切接触者的医学观察，加强实验室人体样品和医用垃圾的管理是有效防控SARS的手段。而提高早期诊断水平、建立SARS初筛实验室、加强信息沟通、集中进行医学观察等将进一步提高SARS的防控水平。

| Abstract: | The anti -SARS experiences in Beijing Friendship Hospital in 2004 showed that effective approaches to prevent and control SARS includes: high awareness of leaders, prompt launch of the emergency plan, reinforced fever clinic and screening of febrile patients, medical observation to people closely contacted with SARS, and reinforced specimen management and garbage disposal. In addition, the level of anti - SARS work will be further elevated by improved early diagnosis, establishment of a laboratory for preliminary screening for SARS , comprehensive exchange of information and making a medical observation to the close contacts. |
