| 摘 要： | 体外培养成骨细胞，用不同浓度（10^-11～10^-6mol／L）17β-雌二醇干预，RT—PCR测定护骨素、破骨细胞分化因子（ODF）mRNA的表达水平。雌二醇作用后，成骨细胞护骨素表达上调（P〈0．05），以10^-8mol／L最显著；ODF表达无明显变化。雌激素治疗骨质疏松症的作用可能与其在生理浓度时促进成骨细胞护骨素表达有关。
