| 摘 要： | 目的为了寻找新的高效、低毒,既能口服,又可外用的抗滴虫药物。方法将蒿甲醚的不同浓度作用于体外培养基中的阴道毛滴虫,并与甲硝唑作比较。结果蒿甲醚各浓度组的滴虫死亡率均高于对照组,但低于甲硝唑组。结论蒿甲醚具有一定的抗滴虫作用。但杀虫力不及甲硝唑。

| Abstract: | Aim Seekingfor the trichomonacide that more high effectiveness and low poison,it may be taken by oral and also for external use.Method Comparing the effect of Artemether With Metronidazole on Trichomonas Vagi- nalis in vitro.Result The death rate of Trichomonas Vaginalis in Artemether with different concentration groups is higher than the control groups,but lower than Metronidazole groups.Conclusion Artemether can be used for trichomonacide,but the effect is no better than Metronidazole. |
