福安欣配合放疗治疗食管癌的临床观察

目的 探讨福安欣配合放疗对中晚期食管癌的增敏协同作用。方法 将106例符合放疗条件者随机分为对照组52例及治疗组54例。对照组采用常规放疗，治疗组在常规放疗的基础上加用福安欣（0．9％盐水500ml＋福安欣80mg静脉滴注，每天1次）；两组放疗量64-70Gy／6-7W。结果 对照组与治疗组有效率完全缓解（CR）＋部分缓解（PR）]分别为84，6％、96．3％（P〈0．05），近期疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论 福安欣有较显著的放疗增敏协同作用，无明显副作用，并能减轻放疗的毒副反应、改善病人的生存质量。

Compounol flvorouracfl compatibility with radiotherapy in the treatment of carcinoma of esophagus

Objective To describe the enhanced sensitivity and synergy effect of compounol flvorouracil(CF) compatibility with radiotherapy in the treatment of carcinoma of esophagus in metaphase and advanced stage.Methods One hundred and six patlents cases who took radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control group(52 cases) and the experimental group(54 cases).The control group took routine radiotherapy.The experimental group took extra CF based on routine radiotherapy(0.9%NS 500ml+CF 80mg ivdirp qd).The radiological does in the two groups was 64-70Gy/6-7W.Results In the experimental group,complete remission rate was 96.3%,the control group 84.6%(P<0.05).There was significant differece in the recent effect in the two groups.Conclusion It was not only significant enhanced sensitivity and synergy effect that CF compatibility with radiotherapy treated carinoma of esophagus in metaphase and advanced stage,but also milder the side effects,and it could decrease the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy,improve the patients guality for surviving.
