| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨深刺天枢的个体化操作规范及其安全性.方法:对39例患者进行针刺天枢穴,以突破腹膜1～2 mm为个体化深刺标准深度,利用计算机断层扫描技术和影像测量的手段,回归分析腹围(AC,cm)对腹膜位置深度的影响.结果:个体化深刺天枢的理想针刺深度(depth)公式为:depth=-0.562+0.045·AC.结论:以突破腹膜1～2mm为针刺天枢穴深度是安全、可行的,对腹部其他穴位深刺临床操作及安全性评价具有借鉴和指导意义.
