医院门诊管理数据仓库的设计和实现

针对医院信息系统发展现状，对于日常工作中积累的数据，只能进行一些简单的财务或报表统计，而大量数据统计会对基于OLAP技术的医院信息系统性能产生严重影响。因此根据门诊管理需求，对医院2004年到2008年的门诊数据进行了全面分析，确定了门诊管理主题，并逐步将医院信息管理系统中的数据，通过抽取、清洗、转换并加载到门诊数据仓库中。通过使用OLAP技术提供大量门诊管理需用的分析报表，满足了门诊管理部门的统计分析需求。

Design and Realization of Data Warehouse in the Clinic Management of Hospital

With the development of hospital information system, for the accumulated data in the daily work, the subsystem just can make some simple financial statistics or report forms. And numerous data statistics would severity influence the performances of hospital information system which based on OLTP technique. According to the requirement of hospital out-patient management, combined with comprehensive analysis the out-patient data of 2004 to 2008, the subject of out-patient management is determined, and gradually introduce the data by fetch algorithm, cleaning, converting and load in the date warehouse of out-patient. A large number Report of out-patient management with the statistical analysis was provided by OLAP technology ,which meet the demands of statistical analysis for the section of out-patient management.
