芳香疗法联合刮痧在血压正常高值痰湿质人群中的应用研究

目的：评价芳香疗法联合刮痧对血压正常高值痰湿质人群进行护理干预的有效性和可行性.方法：按照随机分组法将100例体检人群中血压正常高值（120～139/80～89mmHg）且体质辨识为痰湿质者分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组人群均在鼓励戒烟、限酒、低盐低脂饮食和适当运动等生活方式的基础上进行健康教育指导,观察组则在接受健康教育指导的基础上辅以薰衣草精油对受试者定期进行刮痧,同时每日睡卧芳香类药枕,通过对两组人群干预后收缩压、舒张压、甘油三脂、胆固醇、左房内径及左室后壁厚度相关参数指标的观察,分析此课题对血压正常高值中痰湿质人群高血压病发病率的影响.结果：与对照组比较,观察组干预后收缩压、舒张压、甘油三脂、胆固醇有所降低,经比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者干预后左房内径及左室后壁厚度未见明显变化（P＞0.05）.结论：芳香疗法联合刮痧对血压正常高值痰湿质人群能够在一定程度上减缓高血压病的发病演变进程,控制高血压病的发生率.

Clinical study on phlegm dampness in prehypertensive people treated with combination therapy of aromatherapy and guasha

Objective：To evaluate the effective and feasible of aromatic therapy in combination with scrapping for high blood pressure normal value of phlegm-dampness constitution population.Methods：100 patients check-up crowd of high blood pressure normal value （between 120-139/80-89 mmHg）and physical identification for phlegm-dampness constitution were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group,both of them were encouraged to quit alcohol,to keep a low salt,low fat diet and take exercises regularly.On the basis of accepting health education guidance,the observation group took a therapy using lavender essential oil with scrapping on the regular basis and daily sleep on aromatic medicine pillow at the same time,to find out the influence on hypertension incidence of patients described above,we tested the parameters of two groups before and after intervention in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglycerides,cholesterol,left atrium inner diameter and left ventricular wall thickness after the related parameters of observation,analyzed this issue impact on the incidence of hypertension with the patients who had high-normal blood pressure and phlegm-dampness constitution.Results：Compared with the control group,the observation group after the intervention,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyeeride and cholesterol decreased,compared with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.The two groups after the intervention in patients with left atrial diameter and left ventricular posterior wall thickness had no significant changes （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion：These results indicated that the aromatic therapy with scrapping could block the progress of hypertension morbidity,and might have a positive effect on control the incidence to a certain extent.
