皮肤保护膜联合造口粉治疗重症患者失禁性皮炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨3M皮肤保护膜联合康乐保造口粉对重症患者失禁性皮炎的治疗效果.方法：将53例失禁性皮炎的重症患者随机分为对照组26例和观察组27例,对照组常规使用氧化锌软膏保护肛周皮肤,观察组使用3M皮肤保护膜联合康乐保造口粉进行处理,对两组疗效及皮炎愈合时间进行对比.结果：观察组治愈16例,有效9例；对照组治愈10例,有效6例,两组比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.观察组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：皮肤保护膜联合造口粉,能有效治疗失禁性皮炎,缩短愈合时间,减轻患者痛苦,同时减轻护士工作量,值得在临床推广应用.

Observation the effect of skin protective film combined with ostomy powder to incontinence associated dermatitis in critically ill patients

Objective：To observe the curative effect of 3 M skin protective film combined with coloplast ostomy powder to incontinence associated dermatitis in critically ill patients.Methods：53 critically ill patients with incontinence associated dermatitis were divided into the control group（26 cases）and the observation group（27 cases）randomly,the control group was given Zinc oxide ointment to proactive crissum skin,while the treatment group was treated with 3M skin protective film combined with coloplast ostomy powder,compared curative effect and the average healing time.Results：In the observation group,16 cases were cured,effective in 9 cases;the control group cured 10 cases,effective in 6 cases,there was significant difference between two groups（P ＜0.05）.The observation group healing time was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＜0.05）.Conclusion：3 M skin protective film combined with ostomy powder is better than traditional nursing for the patients with incontinence associated dermatitis.It can shorten the healing time,alleviate patients pain and reduce the nurse workload.
