| 摘 要： | 目的了解癌症患者的社会支持状况,探讨相关护理干预措施。方法对58例癌症患者与70名健康志愿者应用社会支持评定量表调查各自社会支持状况,并给予相应护理干预。结果癌症患者的社会支持评分低于健康对照组(P<0.05),老年和丧偶患者是社会支持较低的弱势群体。结论通过护理干预加强癌症患者的社会支持,可帮助患者适应疾病的过程,提高其生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To learn about the situation of social support for patients with cancer and related intervention of nursing care. Methods: The rating scale was used to make investigation on 58 patients with cancer and 70 volunteers in health to find out the situation of social support for patients with cancer and healthy people, and intervention of nursing care was taken properly. Results: The scores was lower in the patients than that in the volunteer in health (P<0.05), so indicating that the aged patients and patients who bereft of their spouse are the disadvantaged group. Conclusion: Social support can be strengthened through intervention of nursing care, which can help patients adapt themselves to the course of disease so as to improve their quality of life. |
