| 摘 要： | ①目的 建立一种从水产品中提取天然牛磺酸的简便方法。②方法 采用水煮溶出法浸取，盐型离子交换树脂分离，使脱盐和牛磺酸的精制同时进行。③结果 建立了一套完整的提取牛磺酸的方法，产品纯度可达９８．５％ ，可做为食品添加剂使用。④结论 本法为从水产品中提取天然牛磺酸的优良方法，可以推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a simple method of extracting natural taurine from aquatic product. Methods The oyster was first boiled and dissolved in water. The salt and taurine could be separated by using salt ion exchange resin. De salt and purification was carried out at the same time. Results An integrated method of extracting taurine was built. The taurine purity could reach to 98.5%. The product could be used as food additive. Conlusion The method used in this study was a good way of extracting matural taurine from aquatic product.; |
