晚发性维生素K缺乏所致颅内出血患儿的临床护理

目的探讨加强护理在提高晚发性维生素K缺乏所致患儿颅内出血救治效果中的作用。方珐回顾性分析18例晚发性维生素K缺乏所致颅内出血患儿全程护理效果。结果18例患儿中治愈17例，死亡1例，随访1年，正常14例，有后遗症者3例（16．7％），其中2例出现继发性癫痫，1例轻微智力障碍。结论早期诊断、及时救治、有效护理是提高治愈率的关键；加强乳母的营养指导、人工喂养儿以配方奶为主的合理喂养知识宣教、婴儿抚触及音乐疗法等综合康复治疗可防止脑性瘫痪，降低后遗症的发生率。

Clinical Nursing of Intracalvarium Haemorrhage Caused by Delayed Vitamin K Deficiency in Infants

Objective To evaluate the role of nursing in promoting curative effect of patients with intracalvarium haemorrhage caused by delayed Vitamin K deficiency.Methods The nursing effects of 18 cases with intracalvarium haemorrhage caused by delayed Vitamin K deficiency were retrospectively analyzed.Results Seventeen of the 18 patients were cured and one patient died.The patients were followed up for 1 year and 14 were normal and 3 had sequelae,including 2 with secondary epilepsy and one with slightly low intelligence.Conclusion Early diagnosis,timely treatment,effective attending are the keys to raise the curative rate.Strengthening guidance for breast feeding,education on feeding knowledge for artificial milk feeding,and music listening and gentle touching can prevent cerebullar palsy and decrease incidence of sequelae for the disease.
