阴式子宫切除术与腹式子宫切除术的临床效果比较

目的比较阴式子宫切除术与腹式子宫切除术的临床效果。方法对2008年1月—2010年1月接受子宫切除术的120例临床资料进行分析,其中阴式子宫切除术60例,腹式子宫切除术60例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间。结果两组手术方法在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间及住院时间等方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴式子宫切除具有对患者损伤小,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后恢复快,住院时间短等优点,是临床值得推广的手术方式。

Comparison of clinical efficacy between vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy.Methods Patients,who underwent vaginal hysterectomy(n=60)and abdominal hysterectomy(n=60)from January 2008 to January 2010,were analyzed.Some indexes,such as operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative exhausting time and hospitalization time,were compared between the two groups.Results The above indexes were significantly different(P<0.05),which showed a better outcome for vaginal hysterectomy.Conclusion Vaginal hysterectomy is superior to abdominal hysterectomy in clinical surgery with less injury,shorter operation and hospitalization time,less bleeding volume,and faster postoperative recovery.
