男性不射精伴溢乳症的溴隐亭治疗

报告应用溴隐亭治疗６０例男性不射精伴溢乳的高泌乳素血症病人，结果表明，血清泌乳素水平下降，解除对下丘脑－垂体－性腺轴的抑制，提高了血清中睾丸酮的浓度，相应降低了雌二醇的水平，改善了性功能障碍，恢复正常的射精功能并抑制了乳汁溢出。其中显效４９例，显效率为８２％；病人的配偶受孕２５例，受孕率为５１％；无效１１例。

Treatment of male patients of inejaculation and lactorrhea with Parlodel

By using Parlodel, we had treated 60 male high PRL patients of inejaculation and lactorrhea.The result indicated the level of PRL decreased, the inhibition of hypothalamus-hypoplysis-sexual gland removed,the concentration of TB of serum increased,correspondingly the level of E_2 decreased,disturbance of sexual function improved,normal ejaculation and inhibited lactorrhea recoveried.Among them,the number of obveous effectiveness was 49, the ratio was 82 %,the number of patients'spouses, which had been impregnated, was 25, the ratio was 51%, the number of non-effectiveness was 11.
