小牛血清培养基中增补蛋氨酸促进大鼠胚胎神经管闭合

摘    要:目的:研究必需氨基酸蛋氨酸对大鼠胚胎神经管发育的影响。方法:大鼠体外全胚胎培养。结果:9.5d大鼠胚胎在小牛血清中培养48h,观察到其发育明显落后于正常大鼠血清组,神经管严重未闭,添加了蛋氨酸的小牛血清(终浓度为25.44mg/L)中,胚胎发育仍现迟缓,但神经管闭合。结论:小牛血清中增补蛋氨酸有促进大鼠胚胎神经管闭合的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of methionine on neural tube closure of rat embryos. Methods:whole embryo culture. Results: embryos cultured in cow serum have open neural tubes after 48 h while those cultured with methionine supplementation have normal neural tube closure. Conclusion:Methion-ine supplementation to cow serum promotes the neural tube closure of cultured rat embryos.
