补肺纳肾法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能的影响研究

目的：观察补肺纳肾法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能的影响。方法：对照组40例用抗感染、化痰、解痉等常规治疗，治疗组40例用补肺纳肾中药治疗，2个月为治疗周期。结果：治疗组肺功能较对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）。总有效率治疗组85％、对照组25％，两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。治疗后治疗组生活质量评分明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论：补肺纳肾法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期可改善患者肺功能，改善临床症状，提高生存质量。

Study of Effect on Pulmonary Function of the Patients in Stable Phase of COPD with Invigorating the Lung and Nourishing the Kidney Method

Objective：To observe the effect on the pulmonary function of the patients in stable phase of COPD with invigorating the lung and nourishing the kidney method. Method ：40 cases as the control group were treated with conventional therapy, such as anti - infection, eliminating sputum, spasmolysis, and so on while 40 cases as the study group were treated with Chinese herbs of invigorating the lung and nourishing the kidney, 2 months as 1 treatment cycle. Result：Compared with that of the control group, the pulmonary function of the patients in the study group was improved significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the study group was 85.0% while that of the control group was 25.0%. There were very significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Invigorating the lung and nourishing the kidney method could improve the pulmonary function, clinical symptom and life quality of the patients in stable phase of COPD.
