| 摘 要： | 目的观察护理干预对神经根型颈椎病患者康复的影响。方法将83例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组40例和护理干预组43例。两组均采用药物和中西医物理康复治疗,护理干预组同时针对患者焦虑、烦躁、抑郁等心理问题及在牵引、针刺时进行个性化护理干预。结果两组治愈率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,显效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,总有效率比较差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论护理干预可以提高神经根型颈椎病康复的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis by the nursing intervention.Methods The 83 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group（40 cases）and nursing intervention group（43 cases）.Both groups were used in medicine and Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation therapy.At the same time the individualized nursing intervention was used in patients of nursing intervention group,with anxiety,irritability,depression and other psychological problems and in patients under traction and acupuncture.Results Between the two groups,there was a significant difference in cure rate（P0.01）,markedly effective（P0.05）,and the total effective rate（P0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis. |
