摘    要:目的:探讨颈椎前路单椎间减压植骨与加用钢板对植骨块高度的影响.方法:对临床随访的颈椎前路单椎间减压植骨29例与加用钢板33例患者,术后随访1年以上,进行植骨块高度的影像学测量,并进行统计学处理来分析比较.结果:颈椎前路单椎间减压植骨加钢板内固定术,对维持植骨块高度优于单纯植骨术.结论:颈椎前路单椎间减压植骨加钢板内固定术,可提供坚强的内固定,维持植骨块高度,有利于早期功能锻炼,减少因植骨块高度降低而引起的生理曲度的丢失和肩颈部轴位综合征.

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the effect on graft height anterior cervical vertebrae single-level decompression graft and cervical plating fixation.Methods:29 patients with anterior cervical vertebrae single-level decompression graft and 33 patients with cervical plating internal fixation werefollowed-up at least oneyear and the data was compared statistically.Results:The method of anterior cervical vertebrae single-level,decompression graft and cervical plating internal fixation can be more effective than without plating in maintaining graftheight.Conclusion:The method of anterior cervical vertebrae single-level decompression graft and cervical plating in ternal fixation can provide solid fixation maintain graft height,benefit early functional exercise and reduce the loss of the lordosis and the syndrome of shoulder and neck by lower grafth eight
