珍珠梅提取物的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用

摘    要:[目的 ]探讨珍珠梅提取物的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用 .[方法 ]将 16 0只小鼠随机分成 4个组 ,即对照组及珍珠梅大、中、小剂量组 ,珍珠梅提取物灌胃给药 ,对照组以等体积生理盐水灌胃 .采用二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀 ,测定各组小鼠耳片的重量差 ;观察给予冰醋酸后小鼠的扭体反应及其次数的变化 ;采用常压耐氧法记录小鼠耐缺氧时间 ;采用比色分析法测定游泳 4 5min后小鼠的肝糖原及血清乳酸含量 .[结果 ]珍珠梅提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有抑制作用 ,能减少冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应次数 ,延长缺氧情况下小鼠的存活时间 ,且使肝糖原的含量明显增加、乳酸含量明显减少 ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异 .[结论 ]珍珠梅提取物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用 .

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo study the anti-inflammation,analgesic,anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects of the extract of Sorbaria sorbifolia.METHODSThe 160 mice were randomly divided into control group and small, middle, large dosage groups, and the extract of Sorbaria sorbifolia were given orally.Swelling degrees of ear flaps induced by xylene and number of times of mice twisting body response induced by acetic acid were measured, and anti-anoxia survival times were recorded in mice.Meanwhile, the contents of lactate and glycogen were measured by colorimetric method after swimming 45 minutes.RESULTSSwelling induced by xylene in the ear of mice was inhibited, and frequency of twisting body response induced by acetic acid was reduced, and the anoxia survival times were prolonged, and the content of glycogen was increased and the content of lactate after swimming 45minutes was decreased with using Sorbaria sorbifolia.These was significant difference between control group and small, middle, large dosage groups.CONCLUSIONExtract of Sorbaria sorbifolia has certain accuse inflammation,analgesic, anoxia and fatigue effects.
