胸内壁隆凸型病变的X线影象学诊断（附120例分析）

报告120例胸内壁隆凸形病变的X线切线投影诊断，其中肿瘤类69例，感染类44例，外伤类7例，投影象分为五年基本类型。梭形、园顶形、袋形，波形，驼峰形，边缘光整锐利者89例，模糊者22例，毛糙者9例。一般呈软组织均匀致密影4，出现钙化者11例，对隆凸形病挛 命名，分型等进行了讨论。

The Radiographic Diagnosis of Protuberant Image on Inner Thoracic Wall (An Analysis of 120 cases)

The diagnosis of one hundred and twenty protuberant images on the inner thoracic wall by radiog- raphy including 69 cases of tumor, 44 of inflammation and 7 of trauma have been analyzed. The im- ages were divided into Five basic types according to their shapes, spindle-like, domelike, saccular, wavy and humpbacked. The edge of 89 images was clear and sharp, of 22 was obscure and of 9 was rough. With the exception of callfi-cation occurring in 11 cases, the images appeared homogeneous as soft tissue. The nomenclature, classification of the protuberant lesions and their diagnostic value were discussed.
