腮腺造影对Sjgren′s综合征的诊断价值

对正常人及Sjgren′s综合征(SS)患者以40％碘油和60％泛影葡胺(碘水)作腮腺造影检查发现,碘油显影效果较碘水好。碘水腮腺造影时,正常人和大部分患者的排空时间在5分钟内,不利于观察腮腺内的细微病变。在碘油造影中,80％正常人于1小时内排空,而约60％患者排空时间迟于1小时,两组差异显著。造影后大部分患者可见有腮腺末梢导管扩张和/或主导管及其分支的变化,有助于结合其他临床检查进行SS的确诊。

Diagnostic Value of Sialography for Sjogren''''s Syndrome

Sialography was performed with 60% meglumini diatrizoici and 40% oleum-iodide in 40 normal controls and 65 cases of Sjogren's syndrome (SS). In sialog-raphy with the former, the emptying time of all controls and 10 of 12 SS patients was within 5 minutes and in sialography with the latter, the emp~ tying time of 80% of normal controls and 60% of SS pitients were within and over 1 h respectively, the difference in emptying time being significant. X-ray image produced by oleum iodide was better than by meglumini diat-rizoici. 84.5% of SS patients showed abnormal sialographic pattern with dilation of terminal ducts as well as changes of main duct and its branches. We suggest that the sialography should be combined with clinical examinations in diagnosis of SS.
