健康教育对社区糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

目的探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法随机抽取打浦桥街道社区已确诊为2型糖尿病的患者110例,维持原药物治疗不变,行糖尿病健康教育,观察比较入选时及3个月后患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压等指标的变化,评价健康教育的作用。结果经健康教育后,患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均有下降,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血脂及血压水平也得到不同程度的改善。结论在社区开展健康教育有助于糖尿病患者的血糖控制,且有益于患者血脂和血压的改善及并发症的预防。

Effect of health education on glucose control of patients with diabetes in community

Objective To explore the effect of health education on glucose control for diabetes patients in community.Methods One hundred and ten patients with type 2 diabetes in Dapuqiao community were randomly selected.Maintaining the original drug treatment,patients received diabetes health education.Fasting plasma glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,lipids and blood pressure were determined before health education and after 3 months.Results After health education,the glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were decreased significantly(P<0.05).Lipid and blood pressure levels were improved as well.Conclusion Health education is beneficial to the glucose control,improvement of lipids and blood pressure,and prevention from complications for patients with diabetes in community.
