2型糖尿病患者201例抑郁焦虑情绪调查分析

目的 通过对遵义医学院内分泌科2型糖尿病患者抑郁焦虑情绪的调查分析,为2型糖尿病患者的心理干预提供科学依据.方法 采用自编一般情况调查表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对遵义医学院内分泌科201例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查.结果 201例2型糖尿病患者中产生抑郁情绪131例(65.2％),其中小学学历者SDS指数高于大专以上学历者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);焦虑情绪170例(84.6％),其中女性SAS高于男性、农村高于城市,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者存在抑郁焦虑情绪,在社区医疗卫生服务中应加强心理干预.

Survey and analysis on depression anxiety mood in 201 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To provide the scientific basis for the psychological intervention of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients by the survey and analysis on the depression anxiety mood in T2DM patients in the endocrinology department of the Zunyi Medical College.Methods The self-made questionnaire of general condition,the Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） were adopted for performimg the questionnaire survey on 201 cases of T2DM.Results 131 cases had depression mood,accounting for 64.9%.Among them,the education background of primary school was more than the education background of college dwgree or above,with statistical difference（P0.05）.170 cases had anxiety mood,accounting for 84.6%.Among them,females were higher than males and rural area was higher than city,difference showing statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Depression and anxiety mood exist in T2DM patients.In the community health service,the psychological intervention should be strengthened.
