摘    要:目的 探讨医院感染特征,以指导临床预防和控制 方法 统计分析20089例住院患者中361例医院感染患者的科室分布、发生部位、病原学检测结果 结果 医院感染发生率为1.80%,其中发生率较高的为脑外科(4.32%)、中西医结合科(4.17%)和心内科(3.93%)感染发生部位依次为下呼吸道(68.42%)、胃肠道(8.59%)、必尿道(7.76%)和上呼吸遣(7.48%)内科、肿瘤科以下呼吸道感染为主,骨科,中西医结合科以上呼吸道感染为主,其余外科以r呼吸道感染为主,儿科以胃肠道感染为主病原菌未检测百分率比例依次为上呼吸道(96.3%)、泌尿道(82.1%)、胃肠道(61.3%)和下呼吸道(44.5%) 结论 医院感染与病神密切有关,针对不同科室及患者进行预防性观察有助于预防医院感染的发生.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of nosoeomial infection to guide the clinical prevention and control. Methods The clinical data of 361 cases of nosocomial irdections tYom 20 089 inpatients were statistically analyzed on the departments distrihution,infection location and pathogenic detection results. Results The hospital infection rate was 1.80% with a higher incidence in the brain department (4.32%), the department of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (4.17%) and the cardiology department (3.93%). The infection locations were in turn lower respiratory tract (68.42%), gastroin- testinal tract(8.59% ),urinary tract (7.76%) and upper respiratory tract (7.48%). The department of internal medicine and the ontology department were dominated by lower respiratory tract infection. The orthopedic department and the department of inte- grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were dominated by upper respiratory tract infection. The surgical department was dominated by lower respiratory tract infection. The pediatrie department was dominated by gastrointestinal infection. The percent- age of pathogenic bacteria without deteetion were in turn upper respiratory tract (96.3%), urinary tract (82.1% ), gastrointestinal tract(61.3%) and lower respiratory tract(44.5%). Conclusion Hospital infection is closely related to the disease entities. Aiming at different departments and patients, precautionary observation can contribute to prevention of hospital infection.
