手足口病患儿心肌酶谱检测及心电图分析

目的 探讨手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)合并心肌损害的患儿心肌酶谱和心电图的变化,以便在诊治过程中采取综合措施.方法 选取本院儿科住院的40例HFMD患儿为观察组,另以40例健康儿童为对照组,常规行心肌酶谱及心电图检查,观察治疗前后心肌酶谱学及心电图的变化及临床转归.结果 HFMD患儿与正常小儿比较心肌酶谱明显升高(P＜0.01),HFMD患儿心电图异常率为52.5％.结论 部分HFMD患儿伴发心肌损害时,心肌酶谱明显升高,心电图出现异常改变.早期进行心肌酶谱和心电图等检测,有助于HFMD患儿心肌损害的早期诊断和治疗.

Myocardial enzymes measuring and ECG analysis in children with hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To investigate the changes of serum myocardial enzymes and ECG in infants and young children with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods Myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram were examined in 40 children cases of HFMD with other 40 healthy children as control group. To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes and ECG before and after treatment and clinical outcomes. Results The children with HFMD had higher myocardial enzymes than the normal chil- dren （P〈0.01）. The abnormality rate of ECG in the children with HFMD was 52.5%. Conclusion Partial HFMD children com- plicating myocardial damage have significantly increased myocardial enzymes and ECG abnormal changes. Conducting the my- ocardial enzyme detection and ECG examination in early stage contributes to early diagnosis and treatment in the children with HFMD.
