高频超声引导细针针吸细胞学检查对乳腺肿块的诊断价值

目的分析高频超声引导下细针针吸细胞学检查（FNAC）对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法回顾分析248例患者共276个乳腺肿块的FNAC结果,并与手术病理结果对照或随访2年以上的结果对照。结果 276个乳腺肿块中,涂片不满意20个,占7.2%。经手术证实的163个肿块中,乳腺癌45个,FNAC明确诊断41个,准确诊断率91.1%,手术证实乳腺良性肿瘤及病变118个,FNAC明确诊断109个,准确诊断率92.4%,综合准确诊断率92.0%。结论 FNAC能为临床乳腺肿块的术前诊断提供重要的参考价值。

Diagnosis value of high frequency ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology check in breast masses

Objective To analyze the diagnosis value of high frequency ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration cytology（FNAC） check for breast masses.Methods The results in 248 cases（276 breast masses） of FNAC were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the operative and pathological results or more than 2-year follow up results.Results Among 276 breast masses,smears were not satisfied in 20 masses（7.2%）.163 masses were confirmed by surgery,45 masses were breast cancer,among which,41 masses were diqgnosed by FNAC with the accurate diagnostic rate of 91.1%.118 cases were confirmed to be breast benign tumor and pathdogical changes,109 masses were dianosed by FNAC with comprehensive accurate rate of 92.0%.Conclusion FNAC can provide important reference value for preoperative diagnosis of breast masses.
